Add 7 and 3/4 cup chicken broth in a pot

Add in chopped mushrooms

Add 1/4 cup of rice vinegar

Add 1/4 cup soy sauce

Add 1 tsp chili garlic sauce and mix together

In a bowl whisk together 1/4 cup Chicken stock with 1/4 cup corn starch

Once the soup boils, add the stock and cornstarch mixture in.

While stirring add in scrambled egg to create egg ribbons in the soup
