Hot Bacon Cheddar Dip

Cook bacon over medium heat until crispy, then drain.

Crumble cooled bacon, and set 1/4 cup aside that won't get mixed in.

Add cream cheese and mayonnaise to a bowl.

Add 1 3/4 cup cheddar, ground mustard, worcestershire sauce, parmesan, and bacon. Stir to combine.

Add the dip to your bowl and smooth it.

Top with remaining cheddar and bacon, then bake at 400 for 25-30 minutes.

While your dip bakes, chop the green onion.

Once your dip is melted and bubbly, remove from the oven and top with green onion.

Serve warm with crackers, toasted bread rounds, and veggies.
