Hot Chocolate Bombs (easy version)
Microwave meltables on defrost for 1 minute, stir well. Return to microwave on defrost for 30 sec at a time til fully melted. Do not overheat.

Wipe out your molds with a paper towel before getting started.

Add about 1 tbsp of melted chocolate to each section and move around/tap until fully coated. Flip over to set in fridge for 5 minutes.

Using the mini mix n scraper build up the sides of each half thoroughly. Return to ridge to set for 5 minutes.

Take a 1” pastry paint brush and fill in any holes or weak spots and return to fridge to set for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile melt colors of your choice to seal the bombs and decorate. Same method as before, microwave on the defrost setting for 1 min, then 30 secs.

Add 3 tbsp of cocoa mix to each bottom.

Add a handful of marshmallows or other toppings.

Dip the tops in melted candy coating and secure to filled bottoms. Smooth the seams with your fingers.

Decorate as desired with colored candy melt.
