Cut your circles out of plywood by marking circles with pencil and homemade compass made with ruler.

Then drill hole in plywood & cut using jigsaw. These will be used as your forms for steel structure.

Drive in screws to hold steel in place as you bend around plywood.

Use a sharpie to mark where steel overlaps so you know where to cut.

Cut steel with angle grinder and use it to clean off some mill scale.

Secure plywood circle, drill holes in it and use zip ties to hold circle closed so you can weld it.

Weld with your mid welder, remove the steel hoop, and weld all the way around.

Use 1/8” thick, 1” wide steel bars for your supports. Lightly tack them on your steel circle.
