How to adapt Cat Cow to your body!
Let’s start by getting your props: bolsters or pillows, and 2 blocks!
Remember: always adapt the pose to your body and not your body to the pose!
In your hands and knees, go wide! Take the space your body needs! Try toes tucked or untucked.
If holding weight in your hands doesn’t feel good, use a bolster under the forearms...
Or your blocks to release the pressure from the hands and continue exploring your cat and cow!
And if holding weight on the knees doesn't feel good, try this seated variation!
