Option 1: kickstand to test how is your balance today, when you’re stable you bring the foot up!
Option 2: use your blocks for support and to elevate the foot. Open the hip, press the toes into the blocks and enjoy this variation!
Option 3: use the seat of a chair to support your knee
Option 4: Use a chair to help you with your balance, when you are ready move away from the chair!
No matter your choice, when you’re stable decide what to do with your arms! Choose the option that feels amazing!
