How To Back Squat At Home Without A Rack
With a stable back position clean barbell onto chest

Once bar is cleaned, push press the weight over your head onto your back. Control the weight!

Once the weight is on your back. Make sure it is stable and secure for the squat

Make sure to keep your back tight and slowly descend down on the first squat
4
Once you hit the bottom of the squat drive up with your legs

On rep 2 and 3 remember to be slow and controlled

On last rep drive with your legs to push press the bar back over your head. Let bar drop to floor
