How To Build A (Antipasto) Mason Jar Salad
How to make a salad that will last up to 5 days in the refrigerator
Make your dressing. Oil + vinegar + lemon juice + Dijon mustard + garlic +herbs + salt.

Layer 1: add the dressing to the bottom of a 32oz mason jar (entree) or 16oz (side salad)

Layer 2: add beans and any veggies that are okay to marinate in the dressing for a few days

Layer 3: add veggies from heavy to light in the jar, then any cooked grains, nuts, seeds, or herbs

Last layer: lettuce (you never want greens touching dressing. That’s what keeps it fresh!)

Screw on the lid and store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
