How To Carve A Turkey
I'm not an expert, I hope this helps! Let your turkey rest 30-45 minutes prior to carving.
First, using a sharp knife, I separate the leg joint and remove the legs.

Start at the keel bone to slice breast. Cut down and through one side as shown.

Next, I cut off the thigh meat. You can do this when you cut the leg, this is just how I do it.

Finally, I flip the bird over and remove the wings
