How to Cook Dried Chickpeas in an Instant Pot
Simple ingredients: dried chickpeas, bay leaves, water, garlic cloves, and an onion.
Add dried chickpeas to Instant Pot.

Now add a halved onion, plus an absurd amount of garlic cloves.

Finally, add bay leaves.

Turn vent to sealing position.

Then set to Manual Mode at High Pressure for 45 minutes.

Let pressure Naturally Release for 20 minutes.

Carefully release any remaining pressure.
