How To Cook Lentils (3 Different Ways!)

Rinse dry lentils and pick out debris.
For slow cook, cover lentils with water and cook for 3-4 hours on HIGH.
For Instant Pot, cook for 9 minutes on HIGH pressure. Quick release pressure after.
For stove top, cook lentils for 20-25 minutes.
Drain extra liquid off cooked lentils, cool and store in fridge for 5-6 days.
Enjoy in lots of different ways!
