How To Cook Sekihan (Japanese Azuki Bean Rice)
Ingredients: Japanese sticky rice(glutinous rice)(360ml), azuki beans(50g).
Rinse rice(360ml) quickly and soak in water for 30 minutes

Put Azuki beans(50g) and water(360ml) in a pressure cooker and cook over high heat.

When pressure is reached, lower heat and cook for 3 mins. And turn off the heat.

Open the lid after pressure is released, add rice(drained water that has been soaked) and cook over high heat.

When pressure is reached, lower heat and cook for 3 mins. And turn off the heat.

leave it for 10 mins, then open the lid after pressure is released, stir rice and top with salt and toasted sesame seeds.
