How To Cook Spaghetti Squash (EASY!)
Spaghetti squash is versatile, cost efficient, and healthy! Here’s how to cook it in the oven.
Start by cutting the squash lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. (Save them to roast after!)

Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.

Arrange spaghetti squash cut-side down.

Roast at 400F for 35-45 mins, or until tender.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Carefully, use a fork to scrape long spaghetti-like strands.

For a quick & easy meal, enjoy with marinara sauce and fresh basil!
Or switch it up with a spicy peanut sauce!
Or bake it in a casserole dish with your favorite pizza toppings!
