6 cups of powdered sugar (separated into 2 bowls), a bag of mini marshmallows & 3 Tbsp. water.

First, pour your 3 Tbsp. Of water over the mini marshmallows & stir.

Microwave your marshmallow mixture until smooth.

Sandwich your marshmallow mixture in between the powdered sugar & mix together until firm.
