Start by cutting a 2” circle out of three layers of 9” cakes. TIP: make sure they’re all centered

Now stack your cake! TIP: use a pastry bag to keep the icing out of the center of the cake

Add sprinkles and candy to the hole in your cake. TIP: the smaller the better; sprinkles work best!

Ice a thin crumb coat out of vanilla buttercream

For an ombré look, start by piping a dark color at the base of your cake

Then, mix in white buttercream with your dark color to make it a tad bit lighter. Pipe that on next
