How to do a Backside 180 on a Skateboard!
Place your feet in this position on the board.
Practice turning the board like this, while also slightly turning your body.
When doing the 180, you need to wind up your shoulders.
After winding them up, explode and turn them in the other direction.
During the 180, you also want to transfer your weight from your back leg to your front leg.
Make sure that you’re not leaning too far forward, because this will cause the board to shoot out under you.
Jump slightly forward when doing the 180 to keep the board with you.
