Walk up to the racked bar and place hands in the clean grip

Start by rotating under the bar and picking it up with your legs

Stabilize the bar and dip down

Once at the bottom of the dip drive the bar up as you jump into a split

Slowly lower bar to chest for 2nd rep

Drive up and split!!!!

Once overhead drop onto chest
