How To Do Chair Pose
Stand with feet hip width distance

Look forward and press all four corners of your feet to the ground.

Lift both arms, palms facing down and parallel to the floor.

Inhale and then exhale bring hips back and down to chair height. Pretend you’re sitting down on a chair.

Option to bring arms overhead.
5
Test your balance by standing up on your tip toes.
6
Release and return to standing position.
