How To Do Crescent Lunge
Begin in downward dog and step the left foot in between your hands.

Slowly rise up and place hands to hips to make sure hips are squared. Heel of back foot is lifted.

Keep legs strong and bring arms up. Shoulder blades back together, chest up and arch your back.

Exit the pose the opposite way you came in.

Repeat on the other side.

Another way to enter the the pose is through three-legged dog.

For another variation, lower the back knee to the mat.
