How To Do Extended Hand To Big Toe Pose
Stand with feet close together. Ground through all four corners of the feet.
Shift your body weight on your left foot and then lift up the right leg as you bend the right knee.
Use your right hand to grab the big toe of the right foot. Bring your left hand to the waist to help with balance.
Engage the core as you straighten the right leg. Keep the standing leg straight and strong.
Externally rotate the right hip as you open and bring the right leg all the way to the right side.
Keep the back straight by engaging the core. Look to your left.
Slowly exit the pose by coming out the opposite you way you came in.
Don’t forget to do the other side.
