Get use to being comfortable with being in a squat position, keep legs strong / stable.

Once you feel comfortable with the squat jump. Add in the rope to practice & take it slow!🙌🏻

AVOID!!❌ try to not keep legs to close together / bend knees / feet inwards/ bent forwards.
