How To Do The Roller Skate Toe Switch
You can use the toe switch in roller dancing, but it's also a great exercise for your toe balance and core strength
Practice this first: Stand with your feet in a "V" position
Rotate your feet on your front wheels one by one
Make sure you turn your hips. With your hand next you your body, it should be easy to slap your own bum!
Practice your front wheel balance
The move: front foot flat, back foot on your front wheels
Turn on the front wheels of both your feet
Put down your front foot. You're back in the begin position and you can do it again on the other side.
You can also practice this without skates. And keep slapping your butt to make sure you really turn your hips!
Keep in mind: bend your knees, core tight and slap that butt!
