How To Do Trikonasana
Take a big step 3-4 feet to the right and bring both arms out parallel to the floor.

Turn your right foot out and keep left foot straight or slightly in.

Bend from the hips and bring your right hand down next to the outside of your right foot.

Shift your gaze up towards the left hand.

Slowly come up and repeat on the other side.

Use blocks if you need an extra lift or support.

Change block height as needed. Keep a slight bend on the right knee to avoid hyperextending.
