Draw in the frame of the eye lightly. Later you will darken it. It is important to go back and fix lines that get smudged throughout the process.
1
Shade in the iris: Color in the pupil and shade in the iris so that it is light in the center and dark on the edges.
2
Reflections: Add reflections in the iris with a white gel pen and create a soft reflection using your eraser.
3
Eyelid: Draw a line above the eye for the eyelid and blend it to also create a skin texture. Create the same skin texture under the eye too.
4
Eyelashes:Draw 6 lines going around the top lid and the fill in the rest. Draw a line under the eye, smudge it and do the same thing in one direction.
5
Eyebrow: Draw vertical lines from the corner and continue into horizontal lines to the other end of the eye.
6
Skin texture: smudge the very bottom of the eyebrow and draw light scribbles to smudge in around the eye
7
Finishing touches: Make sure to draw in any lines that may have gotten smudged and add any other reflections wherever you want.
