After cutting basil, tear off the leaves sorting out any bad leaves.

Spin the basil leaves to remove excess moisture.

Place leaves on baking stone in a single layer.

Bake at your oven’s lowest temperature setting for 1-1.5 hours.

Once basil has cooled, just crumble!

Store in mason jar or ziploc baggie.
