Get your back-to-wall handstand off of the wall

Posterior pelvic tilt in handstand

Posterior pelvic tilt standing

Shift shoulders over the center of your palm

Shoulder shift in plank

Don’t do this...over-opening of the shoulders

Or this...arching the back into scorpion and dragging your feet down the wall

Put all the pieces together and try lifting one foot at a time
