How To Grow Kombucha Scoby
Mason Jar

Unpasteurized Kombucha
1 tbsp
Sugar
1 cup
Water

Unpasteurized Kombucha

1 packet
Black, Green Or White Tea
Paper Towel Or Cheese Cloth
Make tea with 1 cup of water and teabag

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to tea, stir

Wait for the tea to cool to room temperature, then add 1 cup of kombucha

Stir, cover w/cheese cloth or paper towel. Secure w/rubberband or mason jar ring.

Store in cool dry place for 1-2 weeks

Retrieve your scoby and start making kombucha!
