How To Kick Up To Handstand At The Wall
Warm up your wrists!

Face the Wall. Place hands 6 inches from the wall. Come into a downdog pose.

Practice your kick! One leg stays straight the other bends. Practice hopping off the bent leg.

Now kick up and reach for the wall with hips and feet.

At the top, push tall in your shoulders, squeeze your ankle, and engage your butt.
