How to layer Cricut infusible ink with iron-on vinyl
Use Cricut to cut the design on the infusible ink sheet with the ink side up and mirrored
Cut design on iron-on vinyl with the shiny side down and mirrored
Prepare your blank by removing lint and adding a layer of cardstock to avoid ink bleeding through
Start with the infusible ink design. Apply ink side down and secure with heat resistant tape.
Use the Cricut heat guide to determine the temperature and press time. Once the heat is applied, do not move the press until the time is complete.
Carefully remove the heat press without moving the design. Once the surface is completely cooled, remove the tape and transfer sheet.
Secure the iron-on vinyl design with heat resistant tape. Press according to Cricut heat guide instructions.
Allow the surface to completely cool before removing the transfer sheet
