How To Make A Dried Floral Wreath
Gather wreath frame, floral wire; greens, dried flowers, scissors. I chose two ribbon options and I decided on one once everything was in place.
1
Tuck eucalyptus or other green of your choice, through the wreath frame.
2
Cut several pieces of floral wire to about 4 inches long. You may need longer sections if your plants are thick and if you layer in more items.
3
Wrap sections of wire to secure the plants in place. Do a test & lift the wreath to check for any lose parts; add more wire as needed.
4
Stop and hold up your wreath every so often to check that there is balance and to see where there are gaps.
5
Add in the flowers.
6
Trim any stems that are hanging out too far.
7
Make a lark's head knot to hang your wreath: fold ribbon in half & place under the wreath. Pull the loose ends through the loop & pull tight.
8
After adding the ribbon, I decided the wreath needed a bit more color. I added some dried lavender I had on hand.
9
Fill in until the amount suits you.

Some notes- I used eucalyptus from Trader Joe's & the dried flowers were from farmer's market bouquets I had around the house. Thanks for watching!
