How To Make A Mastectomy Pillow

Two 15” x 15” pieces
100% Cotton Fabric
Pillow Stuffing
Mastectomy Pillow Pattern (free)
Buy
Scissors Or Rotary Cutter
Sewing Machine
Sewing Clips Or Pins
Materials: mastectomy pillow pattern, 2 pieces of 15” x 15” 100% cotton fabric, & pillow stuffing.

Fold fabric in half. Place pattern on fold & cut. Repeat process for second piece.

Place pieces right sides together & clip. Sew using 1/4” seam allowance. Leave a 3”turning hole.

Before turning right sides out, snip curves so pillow corners are smooth.

Turn right sides out & finger press seams.

Stuff pillow to medium firmness. If it is too firm it adds pressure instead of relieving it.

Sew the hole closed by hand or use your sewing machine.
