How To Make A Super Easy #Glutenfree Tortilla

What you'll need
1 Cup
Organic Extra-Fine Brown Rice Flour
1/4 Cup
Organic Tapioca Flour
1 1/4 Cup
Clean Water
1 Pinch 🤏
High Quality Salt
1 Pinch 🤏
Organic Black Pepper
Turn on your stovetop... get your cast iron warming up 🔥🔥🔥
Combine your Brown Rice and Tapioca flours in a dry bowl. Mix thoroughly 🌀
Add 1 1/4 Cup of Water to a medium bowl.
Add the dry ingredients to the water with a pinch of salt and pepper 🤏 Mix until there are no lumps.
By now your cast iron should be plenty hot. Let’s pour the batter into 5” circles.
Flip the tortilla when the edges start to look dry... but before the center dries up.
Wait a few more seconds and remove from heat.
Leave them flat... or hang them to make taco shells.
Fill them up with your favorite fruits and veggies, maybe a little Crazy Cashew Sour Cream
