Combine your Brown Rice and Tapioca flours in a dry bowl. Mix thoroughly πŸŒ€

Add 1 1/4 Cup of Water to a medium bowl.

Add the dry ingredients to the water with a pinch of salt and pepper 🀏 Mix until there are no lumps.

By now your cast iron should be plenty hot. Let’s pour the batter into 5” circles.

Flip the tortilla when the edges start to look dry... but before the center dries up.

Wait a few more seconds and remove from heat.

Leave them flat... or hang them to make taco shells.
