Chop 2 sweet potatoes, mix with 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder.🍠

Chop 1-2 heads of broccoli, removing much of the stalk, drizzle 2 tablespoons olive oil🥦

Add broccoli and potatoes to a large baking sheet, bake 425° for 30 minutes.⏲

Mix the chick peas with 1 TB olive oil, season with salt/pepper/garlic powder. Bake 425° for 25 min⏲

1/4 cup almond butter, juice of 1 lemon, 1 TB soy sauce, 1/4tsp ginger, 3 TB water, 3 garlic clvs

Serve over rice and drizzle with the almond butter tahini!
