Warm Water
Whisk together warm water, yeast and sugar.

Sift flour, salt and baking soda.

Add oil and whisk again.

Add wet ingredients to the dry.

Stir until you have a shaggy ball.

Add flour if you need it but you want soft dough.

Turn out and knead.

Be careful not to over work the dough.

Cover and let it rise in a warm place.

Make a hole and stretch it out.

Cut into even sections.

Flatten into a circle. The center should be thicker than the edges.

Fill and close! (Do your best lol)

Boil water for steaming.
