Decide to make jelly before your berries go bad.

Add sugar and warm over medium low heat.

Stir and crush berries while they warm.

Continue storing and cooking for about 10 minutes.

Strain to remove some of the seeds.

Don’t forget to press out all the syrup.

Add some texture back...or don’t. It’s your life!

Stir constantly and until it’s thickish.

Test your jellyness using cold water.

Sanitize a glass jar using boiling water. Fill it up and enjoy!
