Stir together oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon

Next, whisk together Greek yogurt, brown sugar, oat milk, egg & vanilla extract

Combine the wet and dry mixtures and stir until mixed

Gently fold in fresh blueberries

Pour into an 8x8 baking dish sprayed with cooking spray & cover with foil

Bake at 350 degrees, covered, for 20 minutes, uncover and bake 20 minutes more. Cut into 9 squares

Serve warm with Greek yogurt, butter, and a drizzle of real maple syrup
