How To Make Candied Almonds
Whisk together 1 egg white and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract in a large bowl.

Add 4 cups almonds and stir to evenly coat.

In a separate bowl, combine 1/2c white sugar, 1/2c brown sugar, 2tsp cinnamon, 1tsp cocoa powder and 1tsp salt.

Stir sugar mixture into almonds until evenly coated.

Spread on a lined baking sheet and bake, stirring a few times throughout.

Store in an airtight container or jar - but they vanish fast 😉
