How To Make Chimichurri Sauce
What you'll need
1 cup
Italian Flat Leaf Parsley (washed + spun-dried), optional
1 cup
Fresh Cilantro
1 Tbsp
Garlic Minced
2 tbsp
Red wine vinegar
1/2 cup
Extra Virgin Olive oil
1/4 tsp each
Salt And Pepper
Add cilantro, parsley, garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper to a food processor
Mix on high speed until well mixed
Transfer to a bowl and add the olive oil and (optional) red pepper flakes if desired
Spoon over your favorite grilled meat
