How To Make Chocolate Truffles
Prepare Ingredients.

Process the graham wafers in a blender until you get a fine powder.

Set the crumbs aside for now.

Melt chocolate pieces in a metal bowl over a pot of simmering water (double-boiler style).

Add butter and mix until it melts. Add the graham crumbs and salt.

Chill for 1 hour so that it thickens a little.

Using a spoon, or your hands, form small balls with the mix.

Cover the balls in cocoa powder.

Sprinkle a little more cocoa powder on top.
