Slice a 10oz package of cremini mushrooms and sauté 15 minutes in 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter 🧈, add 2 cloves of garlic 🧄, then whisk in 2 tablespoons flour.

Pour in 1 and 1/2 cups of half & half

Add 1/2 cup of Marsala cooking wine

Last, add salt, pepper and 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan. Simmer to thicken.

Add cooked pasta (I’ve used angel hair and sometimes rigatoni)

Add the cooked peas!

Stir in the sautéed mushrooms!
