120g milk, 360g heavy cream, 1/2 tbsp vanilla, 105g granulated sugar, 5 egg yolks

Pour milk, heavy cream, and vanilla in a pot until it starts to bubble on sides

Combine egg yolks and sugar

Pour to a measuring cup

Pour into ramekins

Bake 325F 45-50 min in a water bath

Let cool enough to be able to handle

Transfer to cooling rack

Refrigerate 4 hours

Pour sugar on top
