How To Make Easy Blackberry Compote
2 1/2 cups
Frozen Blackberries
1/4 cup
Coconut Sugar
1 tbsp
Lemon Juice
In a heavy duty saucepan, add 2 1/2 cups frozen blackberries

Next, add 1/4 cup coconut sugar

Then add 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Bring mixture to a boil over med-high heat, stir, and boil for 5 minutes

Stir, turn down the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes

Make sure to stir every few minutes while it simmers to prevent sticking

The compote will have a nice, thick texture when ready. It will continue to thicken as it cools.

Serve on top of Greek yogurt, pancakes, waffles and more!
