Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl

Add the milk and stir until combined, it should look like thick pancake batter

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight

Cut 6 parchment squares and heavily cover each in corn meal

Scoop the dough onto each square on top of the corn meal

Flatten and round the dough, it will be sticky!!

Over medium low, transfer each muffin and cook for a few minutes on each side to brown

Cover the other side in corn meal before flipping!

Place in the oven for about 15 minutes at 350 to finish baking them
