How To Make Flaky All-Butter Pie Crust

Lemon Juice or Vinegar

All-Purpose Flour
Gather all the ingredients

Place the flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl and whisk to combine

Add the butter to the dry ingredients

Use a pastry cutter to cut the butter into the dry ingredients

Add the water to the flour/butter mixture and mix it in with silicone spatula

Form the dough into a ball

Flatten the dough into a disk - 1 inch thick

Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour

Lightly flour your work surface and place the dough on top

Roll the dough into a 14-inch circle. Occasionally add a little flour to keep it from sticking

Place the dough in a 9-inch pie plate. Fold the edges and under and crimp the edges
