Combine batter ingredients in a blender, then chill the mixture for 24 hours.
Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add 1 tbsp of butter, then 1/4 cup of batter.
Once crepe appears dry on top and slightly brown around the edges, carefully flip it over.
Remove to a plate, cool a few minutes, then add your favorite fillings and enjoy.
