HOW TO MAKE FROZEN PESTO CUBES FOR EASY DINNER MEALS
Let's talk parsley!
Throw frozen pesto cubes on hot pasta and you have a delicious easy weeknight meal. I always have these in my freezer for a quick cheap meal.
You need parsley, garlic, parmesan cheese, olive oil, walnuts and basil.

This is a great way to use your garden parsley. First, remove the leaves.

It's also a great way to use fresh basil.

Add all of your ingredients into the food processor.

And blend until smooth.

Yum! It smells so good!

Spoon pesto into ice cube trays, cover and freeze.

Once frozen pop out the cubes.

And place them in a freezer bag. Frozen pesto is good for 4 months.

And when you need a easy quick meal, add one or two frozen pesto cubes on top of hot pasta.

..... until pasta is fully coated with pesto.
