How To Make Grilled Mushroom Steaks
This quick and easy recipe comes together from start to finish in under 30 minutes. Perfect for a healthy and hearty dinner!
To start, de-stem and remove the gills from each mushroom then set aside.

Marinate for 10 mins in 1/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 sprig chopped rosemary, salt and pepper.

Warm a grill or griddle over medium heat & once hot, cook mushrooms on each side for 5 minutes each.

Serve immediately with grilled or roasted asparagus and baby potatoes!
