How To Make Homemade Breakfast Sausage
You will need ground turkey and ground pork, the ground turkey will make it more healthy than the store bought versions.

Mix your spices in a small bowl.

In a large bowl add ground pork, ground turkey, and add in spices.

Mix all the ingredients with your hands.

Roll the sausage out between two layers of wax paper.

Use a biscuit cutter to cut out patty shapes.

You can also use the top of a wide mouth mason jar to cut out the sausages.

Add to frying pan and cook until they're browned on both sides, about 10 minutes total.

Serve for breakfast next to scrambled eggs.

Or serve on a egg and cheese sandwich.
