How To Make Homemade Pizza
Ingredients: 2½ cups of flour, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1½ tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar, 1 cup warm water, 1 package of yeast (7 grams).

Mix 1 cup of flour, yeast, sugar and salt.

Add oil, water and mix. Add the rest of the flour.

Mix until you get a soft dough.
Sprinkle a little flour in your work surface and knead your dough.

Form a ball, transfer to a greased bowl and cover with a kitchen towel. Let rest for at least 30 min.

Transfer your dough to your work space. Press to flatten, then with your roller pin, form a circle.

Add sauce and cheese. We like ours without sauce.

Add your favorite toppings.

Bake your pizza at 430°F for 14 minutes or until the bottom is brown. (but not burnt)

Your pizza is ready!

Transfer the pizza to a cutting board and cut.

With the ingredients used, you can get a fluffy 12" pizza or 2 thinner 12" pizzas.
