How to Make Homemade Sprinkles!

3 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp pasteurized egg whites
1/8 cup water
splash vanilla

In a mixing bowl combine the powdered sugar, egg white, water and vanilla

Mix with the paddle for 5 minutes until smooth and thick

Pour into a bowl and then separate into smaller bowls to color

Using the smallest round tip, pipe straight lines of some of the white before coloring

Add a drop of coloring to each bowl for desired colors. You only need a small drop!

When you’re not using the color, cover with plastic wrap or a towel to keep it from drying out

Keep refilling the same bag with each color starting with the lightest to get an ombré look!
